Process: The room(s) to be concentrated on will receive drop cloths on the floors which will continue out to the work vehicle to prevent debris from beeing tracked throughout your home. We apply a standard plastic to the floors and walls to contain dust and debris during the repair/respray process. During the repair process, we simply do not just concentrate on the damaged area(s), Our team will set and spot the nail heads, and screw up the loose drywall if needed during the repair process.

Time: Approximately 1,500 sq. ft. can be completed in one day. This includes the masking process, repair and respray and the complete clean-up. It will be as if Superior Ceiling Repairs never entered the residence, except for a new ceiling ofcourse.....
Customer Must:
Remove all knickknacks or loose items off of table tops and the tops of shelves.
Take down all hanging plants, drapes or anything that is within eight inches (8") of the ceiling except light fixtures.
Remove pictures, etc. (if walls will be worked on).
Superior Ceiling Repairs Will:
Remove and replace sliding closet doors
(if closets will be done).
Mask all ceiling fixtures and vents
Cover all furniture, floors and walls
Leave your home in exactly the same condition we found it in — except for a brand new ceiling!
